The QueenCity Approach
Position is built
before it's earned.
Seven stages, run in order, on a repeating cycle. It borrows its discipline from high-performance environments: prepare, execute, review, correct, repeat.
Read the market
Before anything is built, we look at the environment: who the audience actually is, where they are, who else is in front of them, and what the brand is currently up against.
Build the plan
We decide how the brand needs to show up — the message, the setting, the offer, the boundaries, and the standard a conversation has to meet.
Put people in position
Representatives are prepared around the message and the objective. Roles are assigned to strengths. Nobody goes into a market underprepared.
Execute
The plan meets real people. Teams work their territory on a set rhythm, with a coach present and a written record of the day.
Study the response
We read what customers told us — through what they asked, what stopped them, and what they said yes to.
Adjust
The approach changes based on what is actually happening, not on what the plan assumed would happen.
Build momentum
What performs gets expanded deliberately: more coverage, more teams, more territory, same standard.
Then it starts again. The cycle is the product.

Standards survive
a bad day.
Any team can perform once. What separates a campaign that builds position from one that spikes and fades is whether the standard holds on the days when nothing is going right. That's a coaching problem, not a creative one — so we treat it like one.
